The Steel & Fastenings Warehouse, a Division of Steel & Tube Holdings Limited, is a no frills nationwide distribution operation dedicated to providing a limited range of Steel and Fastenings products at the lowest possible prices.

This is achieved by eliminating most of the traditional functions and services provided by other distributors, and maximising the use of electronic commerce.

Advertised Operating Rules

To offer a select range of Steel and Fastening Products at the lowest possible prices, the Steel & Fastenings Warehouse operates under the following Rules:

1. All items on offer are sold in box lots / bundles or multiples thereof as listed in the Order Enquiry section of this Web Site.
   
   
2. Orders can only be placed through this Web Site, E-mail or by Fax (no telephone orders). You can contact us by clicking here.
   
   
3. All orders received are subject to availability. No back orders or forward orders will be accepted.

5. All confirmed orders must be paid for prior to the despatch of goods. Methods of payment available include: Cheque, Direct Credit and Credit Card.
   
   
6. All confirmed orders will be dispatched in about three days, subject to payment. No collects are possible.
   
   
7. Specifications: Product will be sourced from a variety of manufacturers worldwide and will generally be supplied to New Zealand, Australian or Japanese steel standards. Tolerances and performances may therefore differ depending on the source of supply.
