- All orders received are subject to confirmation and availability.
- All items sold are in box lots / bundles only or multiples
thereof.
- Prices are ex-warehouse and do not include GST or freight.
- Orders can only be placed online through this Web Site,
E-mail or by Fax (no telephone orders).
- Property in the goods does not pass to you until payment
has been received in full.
- You are not entitled to return the goods for any reason,
other than for defects.
- For defective goods, our liability is limited to replacing
the goods or refunding the price, at our option, provided
you notify us within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
- Goods will not be dispatched until payment in full has
been received and cleared by the bank.
- Despite anything else, our liability will not exceed
the value of the goods under which the liability has arisen.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All Orders placed MUST have a minimum total value of
$150.00
